24th Annual Victorian Christmas Celebration
Saturday,Dec.1, 2012
from 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m
.

Each year Mooresville, Indiana turns back the clock to the 1880’s for a celebration not to be missed.  Father Christmas and Scrooge are joined throughout the downtown area by over 40 choirs, performers and old-fashioned entertainers.  A trolley takes visitors to several stops throughout the celebration including a puppet show, holiday workshops, toy train display, and dulcimer exhibit.  Main Street comes alive with the sights and sounds of the holidays.  Victorian Christmas celebrates the history, revitalization, and growth of Mooresville.  The event is free to visitors.

In recent years, a Christmas Bazaar was added, allowing vendors and artisans to participate.  Outdoor space is available to select vendors. Vendors should dress warmly. Vendors may  furnish their own tent or canopy.   Vendors must furnish their own tables/chairs and other set up needs.  Electric is available on a limited basis.  Past vendors have included weavers, booksellers, silhouette cutters, and candle makers.  While we do not require that vendors dress in Victorian or holiday clothing, it is strongly encouraged.  Set up time begins at 6:30 am and must be completed by 9:30 am unless special arrangements have been made prior to the event.  Tear down is not to take place until 4:00 pm.
