The 24th Annual Downtown Mooresville Victorian Christmas Celebration

Trolley Route 

“Trolley” Stops - Hop on and Explore –

It’s Free!

 

Government Center:  Pancake breakfast, Market Vendors, Punch& Judy puppet shows, gingerbread house display, Scrooge, live music and entertainment.

West Main Street:  FREE Horse-drawn Wagon Rides, Civil War Re-enactment and refreshments. 

The Academy of Hoosier Heritage:  Quilters and quilt display, handwork, refreshments, live music, antique toy exhibit.  Museum shop will be open.

Mooresville Public Library:  Children’s activities, Reindeer, dulcimer performances, storytelling, and Christmas crafts

Community Church of Mooresville: Music all day, caroling, photo opportunity with sleigh, refreshments,   historic church building tour and information.

Monrovia Mudworks:  “Orphans & Misfits” Sale, children can paint their own clay ornament to take home.

Mayfield Insurance:  Train display, homemade goodies and punch.

Mooresville Church of God: TROLLEY PARKING- Great place to Park and ride to event locations.

East Main Street:
  Art galleries, FREE carriage rides,  petting zoo, live music, hi-wheel bicycle display, entertainment, shopping, WCBK live broadcast, Gingerbread Cookie Decorating, children’s activities and food vendors.

 

 

The free trolley runs  10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, December 1st

Expected time between trolley trips is 30 minutes.  Many stops are within a short walking distance!

Rich in history for all ages, the academy of hoosier heritage and the community foundation of morgan county, inc. invite you to come inside for:

· “toys through the years” – Special Exhibit from various times in the past, including antiques and reproductions dating from the 1800’s – 1960’s.  (2nd floor)

· Pioneer Quilters & Quilt display – vintage & antique quilt and Handwork

· Visit with Alice Wright – Miniatures Display

· Enjoy music and refreshments

Petting zoo-  Meet a menagerie of adorable animals - pygmy goats, a miniature pony, and a donkey.
